This city is so unfriendly the residents call anyone else from Texas foreigners!!

You've got to wonder about a town --

You've got to wonder about a town where the local Chamber of Commerce awarded the police department the "Business of the Month".

You've got to wonder about a town where a local citizen found a joint on his sidewalk, locked it up in his safe and then walked to the "Business of the Month" (the police department) to report it.

This city does have friendly people, you just have to look for them --
